How to minimize the losses of UHF connector?
CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE AN EXAMPLE OF A UHF CONNECTOR?? Also kindly to advise on how I can reduce the impedance losses, while the coaxial cable connection between a source and a load through connectors. As a source of 50 MHz and 50 MHz to adapt to the power of the impedance could suffer losses on dielectric (air gaps between men and women), endurance, etc. PLEASE PLEASE REPLY ..... Type N connector is one of the best, good to 11 GHz, so it will handle 440 MHz without problems. For 50 MHz, most any coaxial connector will be fine. A 440 MHz, has to be a little more demanding, but most of good will work well. The second reference is a list of RF connectors. A BNC connector is very common and is good at 2 GHz Note that although one type of connector can be used to 2 GHz, for example, that does not mean that it is a perfect impedance without reflections. BNC for example, is not large and has high reflections. While the type N is much better, and also can handle more power. As for your question, you need to be more specific. What is exactly what you want? "UHF connector at 437 MHz" means what? Most any coaxial connector will work on that frequency, the question is what as well. .
