Having problems with Sprint wireless card I bought yesterday.?

I bought the Novatel USB wireless sprint yesterday. Since I go to boarding school and my limited internet i decided to buy a sprint. The problem is that the Internet seems to be working fine, everything works fine, but when I try to go to an online game with Sprint's mobile phone will be disconnected. The funny thing is, every time I go into the online game disconnects. The online game is World of Warcraft (Korea server) some of my friends have Verizon which seem to be working fine online game play, but I do not see why I can not. Does anyone know why? this is really frustraing. It is a waste of money to buy if it doesn't work TT please someone I really try to get this solve the problem.
