General Power
General Power is a document that he will appoint an attorney to act on its behalf with respect general activities, such as personal issues and / or financial.

A Continuing Power allows the donor to appoint a person legally authorized to care for their property and financial affairs if they are unable to do for themselves sometime in the future. Remains valid after the donor has become mentally incapable and must be registered to be effective.

What Situations General Power of Attorney mean?
