radio antenna motor does not turn off in jeep laredo 91. How I can get the electric motor qrtr behind the panel?
the motor increases or decreases the antenna when the radio is on and lower the antenna when the radio is off or the vehicle is off. The antenna up or down during operation and the engine keeps cycling. The motor does not disengage, because no noes record with the full up or down
First of all that was right friend. It's called "Quarter Panel." Also known as a defense of the lazy people. From the above answering decided to make a big deal of it, only lets say it is his "right pane quarter compared to" The easiest way to remove the antenna motor is to remove the real quarter panel. There are several screws along the top, bottom, 2 in the front and rear. Remove all screws and clips if the model has any and it will pretty easy. Then remove the antenna. Obviously, to put it back doing the opposite of what you did to remove it. Be sure to align the defense correctly put back together or if you hit the door. Hope this helps a little.
