I've been waiting for a netbook for a long time. After much searching, I decided to buyt this. I have ACER products before. It is reliable and fast. Immediately got my router. I love it. Only suggestion to improve windows 7 of the premium TYO.

Geek LOVE is downloading a Android.iso

I bought my Acer Aspire One with Windows 7 runs, but no android.
(The Aspire One D250 is a great product.)
So I downloaded a android.iso (free) [w org android-86] and put it in a fit 4GB USB memory.
Now I have a Google phone in my netbook (well almost).
Executing the iso in (Sun) Virtuabox Oracle emulator means it runs on Windows, so - Do not need a USB memory.

The ISO also has a market and to future.
There is also an option to intall the iso on the hard drive to create a dual boot machine (Windows 7 / Android), but I have not tried this.

The following is the Android SDK and the "Hello World."

Acer netbook

I love all the features of this little laptop. It is comfortable to carry and fits in my bag. The duration battery is incredible. So far all is well. I have several organizations that I am secretary and this is the perfect laptop for me to use. It is still able WI FI the printer. I love it and recommend it to anyone who needs to use a laptop, but not thick.

I love this netbook. There were three characteristics I was looking at a netbook.
A Feature: 9 hours of battery life
Function two: 250GB hard drive
Feature Three: Bluetooth
My mom had bought a printer Hewlett Packard 1030NR netbook with a 16GB flash drive, 1GB of RAM, no Bluetooth, and 3 hours of battery life. This netbook is fine for office documents alone, but wanted more. I was replacing my old laptop, so I wanted a netbook with a lot more horse power. I wanted a fully function netbook at a reasonable price when I look at Hewlett Packard they wanted about $ 400.00. That was just outside my budget so I saw the Acer D250-1584 that had all the characteristics I wanted and asked only a memory upgrade to 2GB RAM because I do a lot of pictures and 250GB hard drive support. When I was working as an Engineer Electric money was not a problem, but I'm in a tough economy, so I went with the Acer. Although netbooks do not come with a DVD drive was not so important when is photography and video that the use of 8 GB to 32 GB SDHC instead of a DVD. I can still see the movies of my 32-GB SDHC cards when traveling on a train or plane. On my desk I take movies on DVD and stream to a 32GB SDHC for my netbook.
The LED display back light is very even in sunlight. The keyboard is small for my big hands, but I got used to it. When you install MS Office and other programs that took a test of Wi-Fi at McDonald's, Starbucks, Culvers, and a shop local coffee works great. I have sent some resumes and cover letters in my email and other employers wanted to fax so I used my cell phone to fax my resume and cover letters. Then I sent faxes conformation but the cell phone gets very hot when faxing it. I did it with the fax program in Windows 7. I have not used the Bluetooth yet, I had a spare mouse wireless mini had MS. I'm going to get a Bluetooth mouse soon, because this will free up one of my USB ports.
Then I realized Windows 7 has a VPN client, so I tried to login to my VPN router would not be input then I realized that it is a very old Linksys VPN router BEFVP41 2002 crop years. Linksys firmware is simply too old for Windows 7, but works great with Windows XP Pro I'll be updating this soon with a Linksys router RV016 VPN router. Then I know I'll be able to connect to my VPN network with Windows 7. networking VPN very important to me. When I'm on the field far from home, I would like to send my photos directly to my network drive on my home network and some print at home. I have VPN network with other parents so you can send video long time to birthday parties directly to another relative to teams in total privacy.
In short after using the D250-1584 Netbook Acer little over a month if I would still bye this netbook. I would suggest going with 2GB memory upgrade immediately. When you are doing serious work to support the additional memory. There is a 9-cell battery this netbook is an attempt at a drum sound 15 hours in the major natural disaster with no electricity.

Live long and prosper: Netbook version

I purchased this netbook before going to a professional conference a month ago I'm very happy with its performance. The battery lasts as long as they say (somewhere between 7-8 hours), but less long depending on the applications that are running. The keyboard is quite large enough for easy touch typing, and the machine is silent. Thin enough you can put in a bag big enough and take it anywhere.

I have the Windows 7 version of the software and then download the package processing Free text Windows 2010 Beta, which is sufficient for my writing and powerpoint presentation needs. It took some experimentation to get used to how Application design is different from Windows XP, but now wandering around an application with ease.

The netbook is very light but also very tough, and over 9 hours battery is only slightly heavier than the 3 hour version. So well worth it for me to have a little weight, but much more running time. An excellent choice for home use and basic needs of work. I highly recommend this model.
