Is it possibly to get internet access with my iPod Touch without WiFi? (i.e. USB Connection etc.)?
I would like to use my iPod for internet access at school but all the WiFi connections are hidden and I wouldn't know the password for them. I was wondering if I could connect my iPod to a USB port and gain internet access that way.
If not, are there any other ways that I could do this?

No, the only way is via WiFi and a network with Internet that you have access.
