What's a good wireless card to buy for gaming?
I'm looking to play fps online games like combat arms and AVA. How fast of a card should I get? What kind of a card? Wireless or wired opinions please. And my motherboard's internet card is kind of bad because when I overclock it, the LAN gets disturbed. Will the new internet card work well on it? Thanks for the answers! I have a PC btw
if your smart enough to over clock then you should also be smart enough to know that WIRELESS GAMING is a huge nono because of packet lose.
I would STRONGLY recommend going hardwired and using Linksys (Cisco) routers (or just get a Linksys gigbit switch they work great!!)
why? well simply put when you take networking + (I currently am) Cisco is one of the 1st 'standards' that you learn, Cisco "IS" a standard in networking, know what that means? THEY KNOW THERE SH!T
as for what CARD to get, its really hard to say as I don't know your budget....
